Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Lista (“we”, “us”). They cover your use of the Lista app and website. By creating an account or using Lista, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Lista.

The short version. Be kind, save and share real places, and don't post anything abusive or illegal. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. You can report or block content and people from inside the app, and we act on reports quickly.

Who can use Lista

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Lista. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.

Your content

Lista lets you save places into lists, add notes, and share those lists with friends or by a link. You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us the limited permission we need to store it, sync it across your devices, and show it to the people you choose to share it with.

You're responsible for the content you add and share, and for having the right to share it.

Community rules — objectionable content

Lista has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to create, save, share, or send content that:

is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent;
is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
is defamatory, deceptive, or impersonates someone else;
infringes anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
contains spam, malware, or links intended to harm or mislead.

Reporting and blocking

Every list shared with you can be reported and its sender blocked from inside the app. When you block someone, their shared lists are removed from your view and they can't share with you again.

We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and, where needed, removing the user who posted it. To report content, use the report option in the app or email safety@listaa.co.

Things you agree not to do

Break the law, or use Lista to harm, harass, or deceive others.
Probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.
Reverse-engineer the app except where that right can't be limited by law.
Resell or commercially exploit Lista without our written permission.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, which removes your profile and the content tied to it. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or put others at risk.

The service is provided “as is”

Lista is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Lista after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
